Your access to and use of the Web Site, Applications or Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Web Site, Applications or Service.
By accessing or using the Web Site, Applications or Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Web Site, Applications or Services.

By agreeing the use of terms, you also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the feature protections in the NonZeroApps product; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the NonZeroApps product; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the NonZeroApps product; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the NonZeroApps product in any way; or, use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method. In addition, you agree not to upload, post, email or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the NonZeroApps product, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs. We may terminate or restrict your use of our products if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the products.
Free usage may includes a limited numbers of features that our Applications have. Those limitation may changed at any time according to the NonZeroApps’s decision. Advertisements may involved in free usage period.
This part may change from our applications to applications.
Premium usage (“premium user”, “pro user”) includes all features that are given with the Applications. Premium usage also disables the all advertisements shown.
For being a premium user, you have to follow the procedure in the application which is named “Being a premium user”. All payments goes through the in-app functionalities which is provided by the third party applications. We don’t store, involve or access to the payment procedure from start to end. Same third party applications deals with the security behind the payment methods. If any problem occurs in those purchase steps NonZeroApps will not be involved or not responsible for those. After having a successful payment, user will get premium user abilities in the applications. Please contact with us ff there will be a problem for having a premium usage after successful payment.
Users can get refunds in 48 hours after purchasing, by using the steps that are given by the third party applications which are involved for the payments or by contacting with us to get a guideline. Refunds passes 48 hours will be decided by us. Please contact with us via email (support@nonzeroapps.com) or our web site (www.nonzeroapps.com) for the refunds after 48 hours. We will check the problems / issues that you provide for refunds to see if refund is eligible or not.
Electronic communication may be used for promotions. Promotions can include discounts, share app and get discount or free trial of pro features, etc. All promotions will be controlled by NonZeroApps, and may be cancelled without giving any notices to the users.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turkey.
You may encounter third party applications (including, without limitation, websites, widgets, software, or other software utilities) ("Applications") that interact with the NonZeroApps web sites, application or service. Your use of these Applications may be subject to third party terms of use or license terms.

The NonZeroApps web page, application and service are provided "as is" and without warranty. In particular, our system may not be uninterrupted or error-free. You waive all special and consequential damages against us, and any direct damages for premium usage fee. These terms will not limit any non-waivable warranties or consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.
