Privacy notice

The data controller for this website is NonZeroApps®, Ankara, Turkey (email: support@nonzeroapps.com), the same controller as for the Smart Inventory app.

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. When you visit it, technical request data (IP address, browser type, time) is collected automatically. Google LLC (Firebase Hosting) processes this data on our behalf, as our processor, to deliver and secure the site, including in the United States. As for the Smart Inventory app, these transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses, with equivalent safeguards for Turkey. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

If you email us, we receive your address and your message by email and use them only to reply.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure site and answering enquiries (KVKK art. 5(2)(f); GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

You may ask for access, correction, deletion or objection (KVKK art. 11; GDPR arts. 15–21) at support@nonzeroapps.com, and, if we refuse your request or do not answer within 30 days, complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu). If you are in the EU, you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

Smart Inventory has its own privacy policy.
