Frequently asked questions
Who sees our code?
The system runs on your machines with your own AI subscriptions and API keys. We do the setup; you decide which AI vendors see your code.
Which AI tools do you work with?
Claude Code at the centre, with Codex, Gemini and local models (Ollama) as needed. You are not locked into one vendor.
Our team is new to AI. Is that a problem?
No, that is where the difference shows most. Week two is hands-on use and training.
Are AI subscription costs included?
No, you use your own subscriptions or API keys. During setup we route each task to the cheapest model that does it well.
Will we depend on you after two weeks?
No. A written runbook and team training are part of the handover. A monthly continuation plan exists but is optional.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, the whole engagement runs remotely. On-site training days can be added for teams in Istanbul and Ankara.
